LVC Engineering Co Ltd is authorized to invoice clients directly, reflecting the comprehensive nature of its role as the parent company and primary service provider.
Payment for services provided by Bangkok Podcast Studio, in collaboration with LVC Engineering Co Ltd, shall be made according to the terms specified in the individual contract or agreement. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in the contract or agreement. Clients are encouraged to communicate directly with LVC Engineering Co Ltd regarding any questions or concerns about billing, payment, or the services offered.

Impact of Cancellations
Due to the nature of our services, cancellations have a significant impact. The studio booking means that the time slot is exclusively reserved for you, and as such, we are unable to allocate this slot to other clients on short notice.
Consideration and Agreement
By choosing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy. We encourage our clients to carefully consider their schedules and commitments before making a booking to avoid any inconvenience.
Timeliness and Punctuality
We kindly ask our guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session. This ensures that you are ready to start on time and allows for any last-minute adjustments or preparations.
Late Arrivals
Please be aware that if guests are late, the booked hours will still be billed in full. Our scheduling is tightly managed to accommodate all our clients fairly, and late starts cannot extend beyond the originally booked time slot.
